Going in for the kill kill

After a long lull, I'm doing some photo again. It's kind of silly, but what helped bring me out of the slumber was a seemingly trivial event: I bought a messenger bag. For the record, I just turned 23. For 23 years of my life I carried things either in a backpack, in my pockets, or in my hands. But now I have seen the light, and I now have my camera with me at all times. Brilliant!

I'm trying out this whole community thing, so I joined a photo group.

thanks for the comment on photo survey 3...the 20D handles high iso files very well..only tweeking I did was curves

Dear quasi-nazi, here's what's appreciated, and what's not.

Although I appreciate your visiting my page and your compliments on my work, the fact that your avatar icon - now prominently displayed on my user page - contains a swastika bothers me very much. While to you the symbol may hold little meaning, to me it is a symbol of those responsible for The Holocaust: the most horrible period in all of human history. The swastika that you are trivializing still makes those who remember cry and those who were born after shiver when thinking about the millions of innocent lives lost and ruined by unspeakable hatred and evil.

It may mean nothing to you, but you should still know better.

vladiator, i'm down for a seattle get-together sometime. i'm in germany at the moment, but will be back in the good ole usa by decemeber. there's some other deviant from redmond i was supposed to meet a while ago too, but never got around to it. she works at pike's place. maybe she'll be down.
